Notary Public and Commissioning
A Notary Public is a person who can witness oaths, solemn affirmations, the signing of affidavits or statutory declarations. A Notary Public may also certify documents to be true copies of the original. A Notary public can notarize documents for filing throughout the world.
Commissioners of Oaths are persons who authorized to take your oath or solemn affirmation when you sign a statutory declaration or affidavit for any legal matter. The person swearing an oath, making an affirmation or making a declaration is called a deponent or declarant.
NOTE: All parties who are required to sign must attend our office and must sign in front of the commissioner and/or notary public. Please bring valid government issued photo ID.
